Mirpur (Hayat News) District Magistrate Yasir Riaz has imposed a ban under Section 144 CrPC on throwing garbage and setting fire to garbage at any place other than the point dustbins established by the Mirpur Municipality.
According to the details, the Municipal Corporation has set up a dustbin point for the disposal of garbage to provide door-to-door dustbin service facilities/services, but some people and institutions are throwing garbage in open places instead of the designated dustbin points, causing pollution in the city.
In addition, they burn garbage, which causes environmental pollution. Despite the prohibition by the concerned authorities, they do not implement it, which creates public order problems. In the context of all these situations, instructions have been given to take action against the violators that no person/persons will throw garbage at any place other than the point dustbin established by the Mirpur Municipality or set garbage on fire.
If any person/persons are found violating this ban, action will be taken against him by an independent panel under Section 188. This ban will remain in force for two months from the date of issuance.
