According to him, the relevant institutions appear to be failing to get the decision implemented, while commercial construction can currently be seen in several sectors inside the city.

Speaking to journalists, he expressed surprise that although the relevant institutions are bound to implement the decisions of the Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir, commercial construction continues in the city regardless.

Asghar Hussain Advocate further said that the Supreme Court’s decision is applied to a citizen who has no relations with officers, while it is not applied to a citizen who does have relations with them. Officers should end this division and keep the application of the Supreme Court’s decision equal, so that the court’s decision does not acquire a contradictory status in the eyes of citizens.
