Muzaffarabad (Hayat News) The High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has dismissed Raja Imtiaz Ahmed Hall, District and Sessions Judge, currently under suspension, with immediate effect, under Notification No. 17647/827 High Court 2025.
The High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has taken this step in compliance with the decision of the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in the case titled Robkar Court vs. Raja Imtiaz Ahmed.
The dismissed judge was arrested in light of the court decision from the High Court of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad. On the other hand, this is a unique decision in the history of the judiciary of Azad Kashmir when a judge has faced dismissal from service for misconduct.
