ISLAMABAD (Hayat News): The Pakistan Armed Forces shot down six additional Indian drones on Friday, bringing the total number of neutralized drones to 35, according to security sources.
The drones—reported to be of Israeli make—were intercepted in three different areas of Punjab. One was taken down in Vehari, another in Pakpattan, while four others were eliminated in Okara.
In a statement, the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) confirmed that all drones were detected using advanced radar systems.
“Every time a hostile drone crosses into our airspace, it is closely tracked,” the DG ISPR noted. “Our air defence system is fully capable of identifying and responding to even the smallest aerial threats.”
