Bhimber (Hayat News) The subordinate judiciary of Azad Kashmir has crossed a major milestone. Chief Justice of the High Court of Azad Kashmir, Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja, has made the case system online for the convenience of the litigants in Bhimber courts. With the support of the IT Board, the entire judiciary system has been formally inaugurated by Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja.
Upon arrival at the Judicial Complex Bhimber, the esteemed guest, Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja, was given a grand welcome by District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Idrees Bhatti, Deputy Commissioner Mirza Arshad Mahmood Jaral, President Bar Association Advocate Haji Manzoor Hussain Chaudhry, SSP Chaudhry Muhammad Amin, senior lawyers, judicial officers and other attendees. Flowers were showered and a police contingent presented a guard of honor. Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja, inaugurated the plantation campaign by planting a commemorative tree of Aerokera. Successful projects Under the mission of digital governance, the plaintiffs will be able to see the cause list. This system will provide short court orders, case searching, case status, registration of bids, grants, and certificates, organized and easy management of cases, saving time and resources, web portal, transparent and efficient judicial system, comprehensive analysis of data, and access from anywhere through the mobile app.
Data from case registry to disposal has been computerized. In the inauguration ceremony of the “Case Flow Management System” and “Registration of Deeds” system, the document registration system was inspected by the Honorable Chief Justice. Cases of 6 courts of the district were inspected online. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Additional Registrar High Court Raja Muhammad Riaz Shafi, District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Idrees Bhatti, Deputy Commissioner Mirza Arshad Mahmood Jaral, SSP Chaudhry Muhammad Amin, Judge Family Court Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam, Senior Judicial Judge Raja Sanwar Khan Kamali, District Qazi Khizr Hayat Minhas, Senior Tehsil Qazi Abdul Razaq Siddiqui, Manager IT High Court Nasir Iqbal, Nadeem Taj Deputy Director IT Board, Senior Lawyer Raja Mazhar Advocate, Chaudhry Arif Sarfraz, Advocate Chaudhry Muhammad Najeeb, Focal Person Arsalan Zia, Judges and Judges of the subordinate judiciary and senior lawyers, former presidents of Samahni and Barnala lawyers were also present.
Chief Justice High Court Azad Kashmir Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja, while addressing the ceremony after inaugurating the Automation of Judiciary System, said that the lower judiciary of Azad Kashmir has been connected to the AIT. From today, the “Case Flow Management System” has started working online at the district level. Under this project, the entire judicial system of Azad Kashmir has been connected to it. The “Registration of Deeds” system has also become functional in Bhimber district after Mirpur and Muzaffarabad divisions. In this regard, today is a historic day for the subordinate judiciary of Azad Kashmir.
By May 31, the online registry system will also be functional at other districts and tehsil levels of Azad Kashmir. We are trying to make the e-courts system fully functional so that all information about cases, including filing cases, its decisions and other courts, is available at a click.
The Azad Kashmir High Court has computerized the “Case Flow Management System” and “Registration of Deeds” within a short period of time and with a limited budget.
