Mirpur (Hayat News) The Court of Forest Magistrate, District Mirpur, arrested the accused Shafiq son of Ajaib, resident of Sirah Tehsil, Charhui District, Kotli, and sent him to the Central Jail under 6FR.
According to the details, the Court of Forest Magistrate had various cases pending against the accused Shafiq son of Ajaib for the crimes of cutting green trees of forests and causing damage to other forests, in which the accused had been sentenced to a fine of Rs. 114,000 for the crimes of damage to forests.
The accused had continuously refused to pay the fine, on which the court had declared the accused a fugitive. The accused will be arrested yesterday and judicial custody has been extended to Central Jail, Mirpur for 10 days.
